OUR STORY

My father, Kim Norris, led our organization for thirty years before transitioning leadership responsibilities over to me. In his last years at the helm, he intentionally raised me up to be his successor. While we did not do everything perfectly, we did take the time necessary to learn, course correct, and ultimately experience a successful transition that has led to great growth in our church and affiliated ministries. We now offer you our knowledge of how to make a successful transition because we know your legacy must go on.
